Yoga is a practice of expansion. As a tool designed to transcend suffering, yoga offers us teachings to expand the body, mind, and heart; ultimately connecting us to an experience beyond the material.
We created our studio to set a connection with the rapidly expanding universe. We will always find struggles in this material world because we are not meant to be perfect nor have all the right answers. Yoga can help us manage the stress of our existence by teaching mindful movements, controlled breathing, and deep meditation. Our studio is open to anyone who is interested in learning these lessons.
We offer classes in a vinyasa krama practice, also referred to as a vinyasa flow. Our teachers come from eclectic backgrounds and offer insights from many different lineages and schools. We recognize that Yoga comes from a colorful past. We welcome practitioners of all styles. Feel at home here to make your practice your own.
We have structured our schedule to allow for a drop-in, pay-as-you-go experience. We do not require sign-ups or registration. Yoga is an effective way to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and heighten the spirit, so we encourage everyone to practice as often as possible.
